Jurassic Park South Africa is a location in South Africa. It is one of the many unfinished Jurassic Park facilities. It is now abandoned.
- Tyrannosaurus rex
Jurassic Park South Africa is located in Regis Valley, a valley with a large river and fertile grasslands, full of animals such as termites, snakes, zebras and leopards. The buildings are unfinished, and the only recognizable ones are the security bunker, main entrance, cafe and hotel and even then they are crumbling. Various savannah foilage is growing around them, as well as cycads and ferns. The dinosaurs have escaped, and are wandering throughout the valley.
John Hammond visited the park in 1995, and recovered a Parasaurolophus figurine from the main entrance. Although the box has been chewed by Procompsognathus, the toy inside is practically untouched. He displays it in his room.
Procompsognathus and Coelophysis are starting to establish breeding populations near a small town just outside the valley.
