Jurassic Park: Park Creator is a poorly made, yet well-received fan-game by DinoMan3144, also known as Ian the Iguanodon on Wikia or Treebeard in several online communities. Utilizing the Roblox platform, the game was restricted to bricks with images of dinosaurs on them that could be copied over into small exhibits. Despite horribly undersized creatures, it has managed to keep up a good reputation. Currently, a sequel, known as Jurassic Park: Park Creator //, with accurate sizing and better gameplay, is in the works.

Gameplay

The gameplay in Park Creator is simple. Using the basic Roblox tools (Copy, delete, and drag,) one copies dinosaurs or other prehistoric creatures and places them in whichever appropriate containment unit they wish to. Several areas are available. The first of which is the Main Area, a "classic" Jurassic Park. It contains several cages with electrified fencing, similar to those in the films, for carnivores and dangerous omnivores. It also contains an "Herbivore Roaming Area" for herbivores and docile omnivores such as Gallimimus. The second area, located directly beside the Roaming Area, is the Chaos Effect Area, known as the "Hybrid Dinosaur Exhibit" in-game. This features creatures from Chaos Effect and cages similar to those of the main area. The Aquarium, known as the "'Aquasaur' Exhibit" in-game, features marine reptiles and more. The Cenozoic Park, known as the "Ice Age Beasts Area" in-game, has many Cenozoic animals in a Pleistocene-themed area. Lastly, the Paleozoic Area, known as the "Paleozoic Monsters" in-game, features a desert with several Paleozoic animals. Both the Paleozoic Area and the Cenozoic Park feature a cave system in the mountains. Additionally, the Cenozoic Park features Neanderthals and a tar pit.
